Every year, the C.U.R.I.E. conference welcomes 500 professionals from the fields of commercialization, technology transfer, and innovation through research, who come together to discuss a topic related to current events in the sector. This year's chosen topic is "Culture and Innovation." Looking back and looking ahead, conference attendees will attend a series of lectures on the innovation of tomorrow and the culture of innovation, particularly through the development of startups. Around this theme, 18 workshops will also be organized with French and foreign speakers on topics that, as every year, are closely related to the daily concerns of conference attendees (licensing, intellectual property law, maturation, etc.) but also on more related topics (social networks in our professions, crowdfunding for the financing of research-based startups, etc.).
An exhibition, discussion sessions, and networking opportunities will also be an integral part of the conference program. "This year, we will be celebrating the 25th anniversary of the C.U.R.I.E. Network at the conference. It will be an opportunity to look back on 25 years of innovation through research and, building on this expertise, to look ahead to the future," says Nicolas Carboni, President of the C.U.R.I.E. Network.
Aquitaine Science Transfert, Grenoble INP, and Pulsalys will present their projects on June 6 in Deauville during the C.U.R.I.E. conference.
- AQUITAINE SCIENCE TRANSFERT with REALACT when "augmented reality" meets live performance
- GRENOBLE INP with PRAXIS, which makes it possible to assess in advance the ability of a client project team and a supplier to work collaboratively on design and, retrospectively, to evaluate the relationship established within the framework of a specific new product development project.
- PULSALYS with BRETEZ – Grand Chatelet, 18th arrondissement: what if we traveled back in time?
About the C.U.R.I.E. Network
For 25 years, the C.U.R.I.E Network has been bringing together professionals involved in the commercialization, technology transfer, and innovation resulting from public research. With 190 members (research organizations, universities, university hospitals, grandes écoles, commercialization subsidiaries, foundations, SATTs, IRTs, etc.), the C.U.R.I.E. Network promotes, develops, and professionalizes the transfer of technology, know-how, and skills from the public sector to the socio-economic world. The C.U.R.I.E. Network is at the heart of a public-private ecosystem dedicated to economic performance and social progress. The C.U.R.I.E. Network offers a comprehensive range of training courses in technology transfer and commercialization, distributes laboratory notebooks and intellectual property protection tools, organizes an annual conference, a highlight for the commercialization and transfer community, conducts a national survey on commercialization and partnership indicators, and defends the interests of its members through its actions with public authorities. www.curie.asso.fr Press contact: Stéphanie Kuss: presse@curie.asso.fr
