The next Salon Innovatives SHS will take place on May 17 and 18, 2017, in Marseille.
TheInnovatives SHStrade showpromotesactivities related to the valorization and transfer of research in the humanities and social sciences. This event illustrates the ability of research teams to meet society's expectations by promoting the transfer of their results to large industrial groups, SMEs, local authorities, and associations. It is part of a process of supporting the evolution of research that encourages SHS teams to better showcase their promotion activities.
Objectives of the Innovatives SHS trade show
- bring the inventions of SHS laboratories to the attention of companies;
- develop and strengthen partnerships with the socio-economic world;
- encourage researchers' initiatives in promotion and transfer activities;
- demonstrate its involvement and that of its partners in France's innovation efforts;
- mobilize around themes with direct or indirect implications for the economic, social, or cultural world.
New for 2017: This edition will focus on "Innovation Meetings," interactive debates launched in 2015, based on the principle ofspeed dating. The proposal for this activity will be considered a determining selection criterion.
This call for applications concerns concrete valorization projects. It should demonstrate the extreme diversity of the SHS units' expertise in terms of valorization: software or multimedia tools, innovation in transfer, disruption or use, knowledge, etc. It is open to all SHS research teams (UMR, USR, UMIFRE, MSH, EA, Lab-com, start-ups, etc.).
