A competition for cleantech entrepreneurs
The Cleantech Open France competition is dedicated to French cleantech startups. It was created in 2010 to meet the specific needs of cleantech entrepreneurs. It offers opportunities for support, financing, collaboration with key players in the innovation ecosystem, and visibility. Finally, it is a springboard for development in the European and American markets.
The nine sectors covered by Cleantech Open France:
– Renewable energies,
– Energy efficiency
– Water, air, and biodiversity protection (environments, species, and individuals),
– Mobility,
– Digital & IoT
– Green chemistry & new materials,
– Construction & real estate,
– Agriculture & food,
– Circular economy.

Eligibility criteria
• You are developing an innovation in one of the nine sectors covered by Cleantech Open France
• Your company is incorporated under French law and its articles of association have been filed
• You have annual revenue of up to €5 million

• Team
• Market: size, target customers, competition
• Partner ecosystem: financial, R&D, academic, etc.
• Environmental impact of the solution
• Business model
• Commercial strategy
• Maturity: commercial, technological, etc.
• Actual and/or projected revenue
• Actual and/or projected net income
No need to create a new application! Simply send us the same application (business plan) that you sent to an organization you have previously applied to (incubators, competitiveness clusters, competitions/awards, etc.).
