Description
Proximity-sensing cable for detecting obstacles (people, objects, etc.), enabling the detection of presence or intrusion within the area near the cable using capacitive sensors.
Other technical details:
- Electrical potential of the cable core
- This causes the shielding to emit an electric field around itself
- Any intrusion into this field changes the capacitance of the cable core
Cable specifications: Towing/lifting / Detection range up to 45 cm / Power and data transmission
Advantages: Contactless detection of all materials / Not affected by interference or impurities / Ability to detect and stop a moving object before it comes into contact with an obstacle (equipment or a person) within its operating range.
