FAGOXY technology is a new graphene manufacturing process based on PECVD (Plasma-Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition) technology. This process makes it possible to deposit graphene on a large quantity of substrate while using moderate vacuum at room temperature and without a catalyst.
