• which applies sorting rules specific to the department in question to data received from the clinical software (ResUrgences, Sillage, or others) without the need to re-enter the data,
• which calculates a workload indicator in real time based on three years of historical data for the department in question,
• which allows users to view delays in patient care on a summary screen independent of the clinical software.
