- applies the sorting rules specific to the relevant department to data received from the business software (ResUrgences, Sillage, or others) without requiring the data to be re-entered;
- calculates a real-time workload indicator based on historical data from the past three years for the relevant department;
- allows you to view patient wait times on a summary screen that is separate from the core software.
