• which applies sorting rules specific to the department in question to the data received from the business software (ResUrgences, Sillage, or others) without requiring data re-entry,
• which calculates, in real time, a workload indicator based on three years of historical data for the department in question,
• which allows for the visualization of delays in patient care on a synoptic screen independent of the business software.
