Louis Schweitzer, Commissioner General for Investment, visited Lille on December 15 to participate in the regional committee meeting on the Future Investment Program (PIA), chaired by Prefect Michel Lalande, and to visit SATT Nord, whose dynamism he appreciated. "This is a SATT that works well with universities and schools and covers 95% of researchers in the Hauts-de-France region." "There is a wealth of remarkable ideas." 

This visit was an opportunity to present the results of SATT Nord and attend the presentation of eight technologies developed by SATT Nord. 

  • 2 technologies licensed to existing companies in the fields of cosmetics and digital security

Techflax : New cosmetic active ingredient (licensed to BASF)

Cryptonid : Algorithm for reconstructing hashed information (Licensed to Dhymiotis)

  • Two technologies backed by business start-ups in the fields of health and energy

E-Zyvec:Design, manufacture, and production of custom gene expression vectors

Concerto-H: When photovoltaics takes inspiration from... the natural photosynthesis of plants

  • Four technologies currently being developed in the field of medical devices and dispensing devices.

Brachytherapy : Standalone system for prostate treatment and biopsy using brachytherapy

SpiderMass: Non-invasive, real-time, in vivo, intraoperative molecular analysis device

DPSE: Secure sampling device for enteral administration

BOTTE: Ankle assessment and rehabilitation device

In its four years of existence, SATT Nord has enabled investment in 101 projects, the filing of 97 patents and software registrations, and the transfer of 17 technologies to companies, with around 20 others currently under discussion.

 The PIA, launched in 2009, aims to finance the emergence of projects of excellence and the promotion of research throughout the country. In Hauts-de-France, more than 300 projects have been selected by
the PIA for a total of €1.7 billion.
