– Eproad:A recognized research unit in the field of ICT (Information and Communication Technologies), itis based on the federation of scientific expertise in product engineering, material and process modeling , and operational research and decision support. Its goal is to optimize the management of industrial ecosystems by understanding industrial systems and their synergies, particularly in the areas of process optimization and logistics engineering.
– LTI: Innovative Technologies Laboratory focused on the efficient use of energy resources for sustainable development. This theme is the result of a combination of expertise in the field of construction materials, metallic materials, and composite materials. In addition to characterization (mechanical, hydraulic, and thermal), it includes their formulation and the study of their behavior during forming and/or machining.
With its 34 research teams, UPJV offers nationally and internationally recognized expertise in engineering sciences, chemistry and materials, biotechnology, and health. In the field of composites, UPJV offers solutions for the entire materials production process:
- Development/formulation of new safe and clean materials
- Characterization and modeling (structural analysis, mechanical testing, behavior modeling, correlated approach: analytical/numerical)
- Production processes (optimization of machining and tooling for composites, assembly through measurement, parts conformity control, development of new functions for assembly robots)
