Commissioner General Louis Schweitzer, accompanied by his deputy Thierry Francq and his team, coordinates interministerial work under the authority of the Prime Minister. He is responsible for ensuring the consistency of the State's investment policy. To this end, he prepares government decisions relating to contracts between the State and the bodies responsible for managing funds, coordinates the preparation of specifications accompanying calls for projects, supervises the appraisal of investment projects, and formulates opinions and proposals. Finally, he oversees the evaluation of investments and draws up an annual report on the implementation of the program.
