INPI – Intellectual Property Facilitator Certificate (CAPI) / 2017–2018 Program

Set up in close partnership with professionals (Medef, Aspi, Apram, CNCPI, universities (Curie Network of Valorization Services), CNRS, RDT network, etc.), CAPI is aimed at partners in the economic and technological development of companies and research centers that support the protection and valorization of innovations. 

Objectives:

  • Be familiar with the intellectual property tools that can be used to manage the needs of their organization, in conjunction with industrial property specialists.
  • Mastering the legal basics that enable them to provide decision-making support and guidance to entrepreneurs, SMEs, R&D departments, universities, laboratory heads, researchers, etc., as well as acting as an interface with industrial property experts.

Target audience:

  • Partners in the economic and technological development of businesses and research centers: consular organizations, public bodies, local development structures, incubators, commercialization services, etc., which are responsible for supporting the protection and commercialization of innovations.
  • Project managers, business managers, technical advisors, consultants, technology or economic facilitators.
