As part of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), Nord France Innovation Développement(NFID) and Impulse Brussels organized a visit by a Belgian delegation comprising companies from the healthcare sector, e-health clusters, and academics. This was an opportunity to meet with Brussels counterparts from the healthcare sector in the Lille metropolitan area in order to foster collaboration between operators (clusters, universities, TTO/SATT, hospitals) as well as between companies and research laboratories.
During the day, Satt Nord had the opportunity to present its activities, including the project maturation process and management of the Picardy biobank, and to highlight the projects. Brachytherapy (Standalone system for prostate treatment and biopsy using brachytherapy developed by the Cristal laboratory at Polytech Lille), Hepatotox (in partnership with the Picardy biobank, development of an improved cellular model for drug development) and Kabete (Therapeutic molecule for the treatment of diabetes and obesity).
