COBRA

Interreg 2 Seas 2014–2020 is a European Territorial Cooperation Program covering England, France, the Netherlands, and Belgium (Flanders). The program is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and has a total budget of €241 million from the ERDF to co-finance projects during the period.

The CoBra project is one of the projects funded under this program. It began in January 2018 and has a budget of €3,801,252 for a duration of 57 months.

Its objective is to develop a robot that improves brachytherapy (also known as Curie therapy) by designing a new robot for the diagnosis and treatment of localized cancers such as prostate cancer.

It is led by the CRIStAL laboratory (University of Lille), in partnership with:
