The French IoT program helps young, innovative technology companies raise their profile, particularly on the international market.
For itsthirdedition, La Poste's "French IoT Competition" selected 15 start-ups developing projects related to connected objects in four categories: Smart Home & Smart City, well-being at work, health, transportation, and individual mobility.
The 15 winning start-ups were selected based on several criteria: the innovative nature of their project, the relevance of their business model, and the quality of their team.
This evaluation phase was conducted thanks, in particular, to the expertise of La Poste's five major partners participating in the "French IoT Program":
- Altarea-Cogedim, for the Smart Home & Smart City category
- TheResearch & Innovation Fund of the French Hospital Federation, in the health category
- Malakoff-Médéricin the workplace well-being category
- RATPandMAIFin the transport and individual mobility category.

The winners of the French IoT Competition will receive personalized support within the French IoT program, enabling them to develop their projects and prepare to participate in CES© in Las Vegas in January 2018. This program includes:
- A one-week boot camp starting on August 28, 2017, organized in partnership with theHub Instituteand the Docapost IoT teams1, to present their projects and promote synergies within the French IoT promotion.
- Personalized coaching during monthly "Start-up Days" to develop all aspects of the business and prepare for CES© 2018.

- One year of free access to La Poste's Digital Hub for the development of new services.
