Description
The Optimum solution is a Web Service that:
- Applies sorting rules, specific to the considered service, to the data received from the business software (ResUrgences, Sillage, or others…) without re-entering the data
- will calculate a real-time stress indicator, based on 3 years of historical data of the considered service,
- will allow the delay in patient care to be visualized on a synoptic screen independent of the business software.
