Description
The Optimum solution is a web service that:
- Applies sorting rules specific to the service in question to the data received from the business software (ResUrgences, Sillage, or others) without re-entering the data
- will calculate a real-time stress indicator based on three years of historical data for the service in question,
- will allow delays in patient care to be displayed on a summary screen separate from the business software.
