• which applies sorting rules, specific to the department in question, to the data received from the business software (ResUrgences, Sillage or others) without re-entry of data,
•which will calculate, in real time, a tension indicator, based on 3 years of history of the considered department
•which will allow to visualize the delay in patient care on a synoptic screen independent of the business software.
