Description
The RENEW technology is based on the development of novel conduits made from Wharton’s jelly hydrogels, enabling axonal nerve regeneration.
These conduits are intended for use as allografts in patients presenting facial nerve rupture or other peripheral nerve injuries.
This technology eliminates the need of xenogenic materials, reducing the risk of pathogen or allergen transmission, and it limits fibrosis compared to synthetic conduits
